The warranty for your AEO product covers defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one year from the original retail purchase date from an authorized AEO Select dealer. However, please note that the warranty does not apply to damages caused by loss or theft, accidents, acts of God, abuse or neglect, improper handling or storage, extreme temperatures, normal wear and tear, cut cords or bent jacks, scratches, water damage, attempts to deface or customize the product, or damages that occur after the one-year warranty period.
When it comes to warranty service and coverage, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending back the product for warranty service. If the product arrives with shipping damage, the warranty will be revoked. Under default coverage, AEO will repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts. If the parts are no longer available, AEO will exchange the product with a working equivalent that is either new or refurbished. In cases where no parts or equivalent product are available for exchange, AEO will provide a refund of the original purchase price.
It's important to note that this limited warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred or assigned to any subsequent purchaser. The warranty is valid only in the country where the product was purchased from an authorized AEO Select dealer.
Please be aware that this limited warranty replaces any other warranties, whether expressed, implied, or statutory, written or oral, including any liability arising under warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AEO Select's maximum liability is limited to the actual purchase price paid for the product. AEO is not liable for the loss, damage, or corruption of stored data or for any special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including the replacement of equipment or property, loss of profits or revenues, loss of data, loss of use of the product or associated equipment, the cost of replacement goods or substitute equipment, or loss of use during the product repair period.
